<p>So I saw a post on the VT 2015 FB page about the FLEX freshman leadership program and I was just wondering what exactly it is? What would you do if you participated in FLEX and how would you apply? Is it competitive and is it a good idea for freshmen? I saw that students who participate in FLEX are more likely to take on leadership roles on campus like student government and greek life, etc. and that looks very interesting to me! I'm just a little confused with the details. Could someone please explain? Thanks so much!</p>
