Freshman year schedule (college)

Here is the schedule I have planned for my first year at my state flagship:
Semester 1-
General Chemistry 1 w/ Lab
Physics for Scientists and Engineers 1 w/ Lab
Beginning Russian 1

Semester 2-
General Chemistry 2 w/Lab
Physics for Scientists and Engineers 2 w/ Lab
Beginning Russian 2

I don't know yet what I want to major in, but I do know that I want to attend medical school and my ultimate goal is to become a plastic surgeon. I have already taken AP Chemistry and AP Physics C: Mechanics my junior year or high school, and could skip some classes I stated above, but I don't think that it such a good idea. So that is my tentative schedule. I really don't have much of a clue what I want to major in. I'm very interested in Russian language and culture, and that is something I would consider majoring in, but would it look good in medical school admissions to major in a foreign language? Other options are physics or math. I am currently taking Calculus 3 as a senior in high school, so I would be somewhat ahead of the pack if I chose to do this.
That all being said, is my schedule alright? It'll be 14 credit hours each semester. I will have about 60 upon entrance due to AP and college courses.

You might want to post this somewhere other than HS life. Perhaps college life?

These are questions to ask your adviser. You can finalize your schedule once you meet with them.

Take note of this so you can remember it later.

What are your graduation requirements? Does your college have a core curriculum?

If I were in your place I’d probably take another class, especially since you’ve already taken what you’re taking. That being said, a light freshman year may be good for getting acclimated to college life and developing a strong social network.
