Hello, so I’m planning to attend Santa Monica College next year around August and I want to transfer to UCLA after completing all my required courses. I want to major in aerospace or mechanical engineering so I was wondering if by attending SMC I can do that. Another thing is that I’m an international student so I’m assuming the whole residency issue isn’t applied to me right?
Yes it is possible to transfer from SMC to UCLA. Since you are an International student , you would be paying out of state fees for both schools. I suggest you meet with the transfer advisor at SMC to help plan your transfer schedule.
