Is the deadline for FSU College of Motion Arts really 11/1? I’ve tried calling their admissions office and they’re not answering. I’ve emailed but haven’t gotten a response yet).
Common App says application is due 12/1/22, but this page for Motion Arts says 11/1/22. Admissions - College of Motion Picture Arts

December 1 is the admissions deadline for regular decisions, so that’s probably how Common App has it listed. But the in-state early action deadline was October 15, and the MPA is Nov 1. So - soon!

I would never count on Common App for the best info on special cases like this. They have the basic info for the general admissions process. But MPA is not in the general process. That’s why the FSU website says to check with the specific departments for things like that.
We understood it as Nov 1 for the film school specifically. My son applied Nov 1 for out of state.
Did anyone get into the Motion Picture School but won’t accept? My son got waitlist.
