Does anyone know specifications or anyone who has received a full ride merit-based scholarship tuition at Stony Brook?
The valedictorian 2 years ago of my school received a full ride merit based. 2380 SAT
My scholarship doesn’t pay for housing, but it is full tuition and fees for 4 years. My GPA was really low (like 91) but my SAT score was 2350. So I would say to focus really hard on getting a good SAT score if you want a scholarship, since it looks to me like that’s the most important thing.
Thanks for the info, my superscore is 2290 with a 1530 combined math /reading, so hopefully I’ll see what happens.
I got tuition. I only had a 2150 SAT and 91ish GPA. I think it really depends on your school. I’m still not quite sure how I got mine. 
We do offer some full scholarships, but honestly, not many. Congrats to those of you who have earned them in the past!
