Fun Games for many teenagers?

Hi, I am writing a letter of intent to be the Conference Chair of my Key Club District Convention and I need cool ideas for the convention that would distinguish me among the other applicants because apparently it is very competitive. The Conference Chair is the person in charge of the convention. I was wondering if any of you had games that around 800 Key Clubbers can play. They need to be games that would be feasible in the space of the two hotel rooms we usually have without disturbing the regular hotel guests. So far I have the ideas of a scavenger hunt and Key Club trivia so ideas like that would be best. And games that could result in individual clubs earning points would be best. Thank you!

With that many people, you could have a tournament of some sort (chess, Scrabble, Dominion…).

Thank you! The scrabble idea might be a good one.

Any others?

CNH has a dance/alternate activities every year, and that accommodates 3200 people. I am curious about your district. You should know some icebreakers at least. Some group competitions, maybe Human Knot? Personally though, if you are running for Chair, I think that there are more pressing issues than how to have fun…

I just wanted someway to stand out a bit more among the letter of intent. But worry not, cardoza, I will be considering the “more pressing issues” as well in my letter of intent. ;)
