Ok, for everyone who thinks they might be going to Grinell, post here, and say some interesting things about yourself...you can give links to pictures or myspaces if you want to. NO SAT SCORES!!!!

Ok...so my name is Mia. I'm 18 (but I guess we all are). I live in Manhattan, New York. I'm a Jew and got accepted to Brandeis, but I don't think I'm jewish enough to contemplate going there. I'm getting a faux hawk this summer so you'll probably be able to recognize me next year if any of you wind up going. Ummm....I want to be either a psychologist or a director next year. I go to school in Chelsea, and spend my summers in Provincetown so I'm around gay ppl a lot of the time (Provincetown is gay town usa)...and I can't think of anything else for now. here's my myspace address

YEA! JAMBA JUICE! Woo Hoo! I work there too! Another one of my co-workers/classmates is going to Grinnell as well...

Anyway, Im from Seattle, Im 17 (thats right). Im not a Jew, but I pretend I am, and I'm always looking for a good Seder to attend this time of year. I have no clue what I want to do at Grinnell...

How are those new express smoothies working out there in NY? It must suck to have to prep all of those pre made smoothies... anyhow...

I'm Nora. I'm 17. I'm Jewish, but also lack the necessary level of Jewish-ness to go to Brandeis (though I did apply). I'm from Portland, Oregon, land of trees, rain, and low humidity. I'm lame and don't have a job, but I do get paid occasionally for my writing, which is fun. I suppose I'll be an English major, or maybe sociology or history? Eventually I plan to be an internationally famous bestselling novelist, but until then I'll work as a journalist. Although psych seems like a cool major too. Oh, and I want to get my pilot's license and work down in the Caribbean flying puddlejumpers for a couple of years after graduation.

I like Manchester United, chocolate, writing, TV, and sleep. I was at the admitted students weekend last Thursday-Saturday, but spent much of it in the Grinnell Regional Medical Center emergency room (if your parents are concerned about the medical facilities, tell them to relax - it's a very nice hospital, and I should know).

So far, I've managed to resist the temptation to have a MySpace. I'm sure I'll yield soon, though.
