Funding for PhD?

Hi,

I recently got accepted into the PhD Program at Drexel for Biomedical Engineering and I am trying to finalize my decision to attend Drexel over a couple of other schools. I could not find much information on funding online and some admins have not been responding to my e-mails. Any suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated.

My GRE scores are not competitive enough for me to be eligible for the Calhoun Fellowship. It will be very difficult for me to support myself for 5-7 years without funding or at least tuition remission. It seems like most other schools offer tuition remission to all students in the PhD program, while stipends vary from student to student--based on qualifications and research. Is that the same case at Drexel? Or, can I expect to be eligible for RAs and obtain funding that way?

Thank you for your time.
