<p>Glido - that’s a funny story.</p>
<p>I remember when I was a freshman, an admissions tour group came through, and a guy from another dorm yelled out to them “Eat more hard drugs!” </p>
<p>We didn’t see another tour group come near that dorm for the rest of the year.</p>
<p>We toured one school outside of DC where they hustled us to every far corner of campus - and didn’t take us into a SINGLE building. No one on the tour was too impressed by that. The tour guide - along with pointing out all the buildings that I guess were supposed to look good from the outside - spent the entire time talking about food. That there was a Chick-Fil-A on campus was mentioned a minimum of 20 times. And we got a detailed description of how you could - if you brought all your books with you - spend the entire day in the cafeteria, studying and eating, using up only 1 swipe.</p>

<p>Well, you can see what mattered most to him! It’s a shame that kids and parents are sometimes turned off because they have a poor-quality tour.</p>
