I had a number of friends that lofted their beds and fit a futon in underneath. You can definitely bring in extra furniture, but it really depends on which dorm you are in and how much extra space you have. I would recommend asking this question in the Class of 2015 Facebook group. You will get a better sense of what people are doing/have done with their rooms.<br>
