Future of the Humanities

<p>An interesting article in The New York Times:</p>

<p>As a scientist and parent of someone who aspires to be a writer and artist, I welcome the article and increasing awareness. I especially liked this:</p>

<p>I saw this too, SharingGift. It made me wonder if Stanford and all the other schools scrambling for humanities majors would have a higher acceptance rate for kids leaning in the humanities direction? Not that DS or I would have any personal reasons for wondering :)</p>

<p>Perhaps we are at the point of inflection…</p>
