<p>I just looked up tickets, roundtrip, from Dec 15 to Jan 1 (I dont know the true dates Im gonna do), and it was $320. Thats pretty cheap huh? Oh and thats from Indianapolis to SF.</p>
<p>Based upon your criteria, I'd look at Michigan, Penn State, Florida, Oregon and Texas.</p>
<p>Yeah, I thought that Florida would be a great school. Admission is very competitive for OOS students, but it fits exactly what you want in a school. Almost applied there, but IU gave me the scholarship so I just decided to go there as the prices cancelled out and I thought it was a better school for what I was going into.</p>
