<p>I was just wondering how you guys get to the part where they tell your status if you are calling them. Do you have to select “other”?</p>
<p>I applied to more than 10 already, mostly the ones HSF was offering me along with like 5 others my counselor sent me. Haven’t been awarded for any at all yet, the reason being that they all send award notifications sometime after April

<p>Doctarinin, we’re talking about what the message said when we called the 877 number. Whether we got the “the letter was sent” message or the “letter was sent and 0-5 documents” message. The “letter sent and 0-5 docs” most likely means you’re a finalist.</p>
<p>And we are talking about UNCF, the portion of Gates Millennium that deals with African Americans. You get your finalist letters from your branch.</p>
