Are DACA students eligible for the scholarship?
I don’t think so. There are quite a few stories (google “gates millennium daca”) of students who were unable to receive the Gates Millennium scholarship because their DACA status didn’t qualify them for the scholarship. However, DACA students are eligible for the HSF general scholarships
