You wrote that Cornell was an overlap school for Bucknell, I assumed you meant that it was also conservative.
The list of overlap schools are provided by the schools.
Cornell University is too large to fit into a particular category so I think that we are in agreement.

Most engineering students (including my senior) finish in 4 years.
