Hi I'm a Junior in high school and am really interested in George Washington University. However, I am unsure if I can get in. I have weighted 4.3 GPA and unweighted 3.7, and am projected to get a 30 for my ACT. Worst case scenario I get a 29, best case I get a 30/31. I do 4-5 AP/Honors every year and get mostly A's, I get one or two B's but they're always in AP classes, never a C. I got a 5 on my WHAP exam and expect at least 4's on my exams this year. I did 2 years of honors advanced foreign language, 2 honors and 3 honors--will this kill my chances? I am on the tennis team, investment club, scholastic bowl team, and started and captain the debate team. I will also be captain of scholastic bowl next year. I am also in NHS which I hope to be VP of next year. I am also get involved in my church--I'm catholic--and am an usher and Eucharist minister as well as a member of the youth group. I am also a peer juror. I have good leadership and led a Kairos retreat. I should have good recs and essays too. So do I have a chance? Thanks for your time, I'll chance back if you ask!
