Georgetown McDonough School of Business

I've been trying to find "the" safety school for quite a while now. While UT looks like it could be the one since I'm a Texan, I'm still a little concerned and am looking for one more. I was told on another thread that Georgetown's business school is pretty easy to transfer into. Is that true? Anyone know the stats for 2003, 04, or 05? And is McDonough a good business school. I found it strange that I've never even heard of it, but it may be because I'm a backwoods redneck Texan...not really.

MSB may be somewhat less selective than SFS, but transferring to GU is definitely pretty tough. Last year, the average GPA of accepted transfers was a 3.73. This year, there were over 1,600 apps for 200 spots...definitely not a "safety" school.

Georgetown is certainly not a safety school! Also, with MSB on the rise, expect to become even more selective in the coming years.
