EC’s in School:
Student Government Class President since Freshman Year
Science Research Club
Global Justice Club

EC’s Out of School (in order of relation to International Relations/ Government):

Intern for a Congressman’s Office (he is a very prominent congressman I just don’t want to give out his name as that will give our my location) for the past 2 years. His staff all think very highly of me and let me do more advanced work. I will be getting a Letter of Rec from him attesting to these facts. The congressman isn’t on any foreign relations committees (unfortunately) but is a member of the House Democratic Leadership (I’m not sure if this fact will help at all but who knows).

Intern for the Congressman’s Re-Election Campaign

Boy’s State

Intern for a local DA election campaign (my old boss was running it and asked for help so said why not)

Intern at a Research Lab (This worries me a bit because this is how I spend my summers anywhere else it would look great but would this deter Georgetown SFS from taking me if they think I’m to sciencey.)

CIT at YMCA back before 9th Grade

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and please let me know

Also if you have any questions please feel free to ask

I also was a contributor on a textbook on Kidney Transplant Surgery

Honestly, you are definitely a very good contender for georgetown. their admissions process does 5 points for academics and 5 points for personal qualities, and I know some people who are ranked first in their class but didn’t do anything outside of school or really have any interesting qualities, but you seem to be outstanding in both categories. Good luck!
