Georgetown's New School of Foreigner Service?!?

Hello,

I was originally planning to apply to the BSFS program, but now I am seeing there is a new school of foreigner service in addition to the school of foreign service??? I have low SATs but don’t know if I can apply to both or not… Can anyone please advise??
