i've decided against majoring in Russian and will instead major in German and something else, most likely English or Medieval Studies. I mainly did this because I am half German and enjoy the language. I know Russian might be more "in demand" but i want to teach, either at the high school or college level and I would enjoy teaching German more. I'll be at Notre Dame in the fall. Anyone have any idea of how strong their German program is? thanks and cya.

Against Russian? We lost a sheep of our flock. Tut tut tut... lol...

If you're planning on teaching high school, don't you need to major in education?

I'll prob. get started at a private school and then get my masters of education.
