<p>He probably has javascript enabled. I’m getting the same error and I know I’m doing the steps correctly. Except I have a $15.50 fee for an essay to pay, which might have been causing my delay.</p>

<p>Tried all 3 suggested methods again tonight and STILL getting the transaction cannot be completed message. Bummer. Guess we are going to have to wait all the way until the 26th. I sure hope it isnt longer than THAT!</p>

<p>Sparkss, I doubt anyone is working or loading a database tonight and in faact, someone read somewhere that they have said they are closed until the 26th so if we didnt get it yet, we arent going to before the 26th at the soonest.</p>

<p>Be careful. In the past when students found out their acceptance status early through a back door, their admissions were rescinded. Hope ACT doesn’t penalize folks and cancel scores or something.</p>
