Still registered and did writing …in Illinois

I’m in Minnesota and also took the writing test. My status has been tested for 4-5 days, still getting the “transaction cannot be completed” message though.

^^^^

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been getting too.

I’m guessing that we are not going to be able to see our scores until everyone’s ACT test says “tested”.

without writing already can see their scores with writing is still unavailable “transaction cannot be completed” because our essays are not in the system yet.

I took it with writing and was able to view my scores this morning (8AM ET)

I just checked again, mine is posted and I took the writing test.

just got it to work!
i did february with writing and it only worked with it saying tested on the view scores page.
i honestly am freaking out how i did with this, you guys have no idea. im not gonna officially believe it until monday though, hahaha

Go to “Your Test Dates and Scores” while logged in and look at your ID number on that page. Then use your ID number on that page with the javascript and it should work. The ID is different than your ACT sitting ID!! I’m on Safari on a Mac and had no problem pulling it up.

I take it there is no way to get the scores for first-time testers?

go2mom - I was able to do it without a previous test.

Just log in, click on the home button over to the left. Copy and paste that string someone has here that starts with javascript. When you copy and paste that you have to type the actual word javascript: because it disappears when you copy and paste. Then take out the space after the question mark, and put in the 8 digit id number where you see the x’s. Then just hit enter and a separate screen will pop up to the side.

Just remember — use the 8 digit number in the URL string. NOT your 8 digit act test ID

I got it to work! Hallelujiah! I was “adding it” to the current url rather than deleting it first and then replacing it with the glitch and the 8-digit number! I am going to have a very happy girl when she gets home from school! Thanks for the help, everyone!

Working123,

How did you get it to work? I took it in February with writing, but I can’t seem to find my scores yet!

Thanks!

@niceday has a good explanation for the glitch on this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/act-preparation/1462823-act-score-feb-9-test-date-available.html

Any luck yet today?

Yeah, it just worked for me.

It’s not working for me, it’s saying to check back later… does that mean I’m doing it wrong, or that it really isn’t there. It says tested and it was taken with writing.

I think it’s working for some people and for some it just hasn’t been uploaded yet. I’m sure they’ll start to trickle in over the next few days

For those of you who have been able to obtain your scores early (from the April 2013 exam), what does the curve look like in each section?

Has anyone who is still showing as “registered” gotten their score because I have not yet?
