Hey I just found out that I can access the website/homework for my math 16a class over the summer. My question is
1. Is the homework actually due/graded? or just required and
2. would it be in my interest to do it over the summer/get it out of the way. I already have the textbook and took ap calc last year so i'm thinking this should be easy. Just want to know what you guys think.

math homework is never a big deal, atleast for my math 1a, 1b classes. For my classes they were graded on a scale of 2,1,0 and collected once a week. I recommend to read the textbook, and make sure you are comfortable with the material if you have free time and want to spend it smartly, but I don’t think you need to do the homework now, its good practice for the tests above all else including the grade u get for them.

Which website do you access to view homework for Math 16a? Is it bspace?

No it was a kindof obscure path i took through the math departments website, I also located a few practice midterms with solutions which i took today on my own to gauge my standing. go to math.berkeley.edu and look at courses–>undergraduate. not all are updated but if you shuffle around you’ll find your class.

Can you provide a direct link to the page? Thanks

this is slightly outdated. you have to google “math 16a website” or coursepage and click to the most recent dates/terms offered, here’s an example
