Getting into Berkeley without taking Precalc Junior year

Hello CC, I've been inevitably placed into Finite regulars, while all my friends are either doing Calculus or Precalc.

I'm entering my junior year, and this is sort of bringing me down, knowing that everyone else will be taking a higher class than me.

Will I still have a chance of getting into Berkeley without taking Calculus my senior year, and precalc my junior year?

I plan to get a 4.42weighted GPA and a 4.0 GPA this year.
Taking 3 AP classes: Apush, Apsych, APlang
I have alot of extracurriculars, and I'm scoring around 2000-2100 on my SATs.

I know almost nothing about Berkeley so I can’t help in that aspect. But anyway if you can switch, switch into pre-calc. Many colleges consider important that you take calc in high school, also you will be very behind when you enter college math…

I tried my best to convince my counselors, however it’s not happening D:

So ill be taking Finite Junior year, and Precalc Senior year

u can always self study Ap calc AB than hopefully get a 5 or 4 than senior yr take bc … than in college essays or whtever explain to them this yr situation … I also hear tht self studying Calc Ab is not that difficult
good luck ^__^
