Getting into Cornell with Low GPA but stellar Test Scores/ECs plus half URM Status

If I apply to Cornell ED with these stats do I even have a chance or is it better to look elsewhere, as I have
Approx
Freshman Year: 3.1
Sophomore year: 3.2
Junior Year 3.7 and
Senior yr 1st quarter (probably gonna shoot for around a 4.0)
In that I have taken the most rigorous courses possible (4-5 APs junior and senior year)
Gotten 4s and 5s on all APs
35 on ACT
710 US History
800 Math 2
And have ECs at the national level (featured on news channels)
and have a partial URM status (half asian half hispanic)
(reason for low GPA is attended one of most difficultt extremely difficult HS freshman and soph year)
Question is: Do i have a chance at cornell or is GPA really gonna keep me out as I have a composite 3.3 UW at end of junior year or about a 3.9 W, and also does half Hispanic count as URM?

Is there a medical reason for your low GPA freshman and sophomore years or were you just lazy? A half Hispanic hook is weak. Your ACT shows you are brilliant but had your priorities mixed up.

Cornell will not like an excuse that you went to a demanding high school. Cornell is demanding too.

I agree with @TomSrOfBoston, if you do have a medical reason I would definitely mention it in your “Additional” section of the Common App, as it will give you a little bit of lenience.
