Getting into the college of liberal arts as a transfer student

I'm currently a sophmore at the University of Michigan - Dearborn. Before this semester I had a 3.0 GPA.. unfortunately, my GPA could not stay above water. I currently have a 2.75. I didn't think my GPA would be that low after this semester, but there isn't much I can do about that now.

I still want to try to get into their psychology/behavorial neuroscience program.

Because I have way too many credits, my ACT scores do not matter (I never took my SATs because colleges in Michigan never wanted them). In high school, I graduated with a 3.4 GPA.

Also, I'm a double major at UM-D (biology and psychology). I don't know if that would matter or if they would look at me differently, considering I just want to get into their behavorial neuroscience program.

I just want to know if I should even bother. I'm not really happy at UM-D and I don't have many options.
