I will be majoring in political science and possibly economics (maybe as a double major), but which school is stronger in poli sci?
I’m not sure you could find two schools more different. One is a big school in a big town the other a tiny school in a tiny town. Both have good poli sci depts, but those will be very different too.
Are you a junior? What’s your home state? GPA? Test scores?
I want to second what @twoinanddone and done said. You are comparing a religious affiliated, undergrad only, private institution on the east coast with 2500 students to a west coast, public, research university with nearly 50,000 students. I’m sure you have a reason for having both on your list, but it’s hard to say which is better when they are completely different. What matters to you in choosing a school? Class size? Campus size? Weather? Sports? You name it. What matters is what YOU say is important. Until you give that guidance, no one can answer your question.
@eyemgh why would you say Gettysburg is religiously affiliated?
@vpa2019, because it is affiliated with the Lutheran Church.
Interesting…my daughter went there and I never knew it had any affiliation with any religion.
I never understand why posters ghost out on their own threads. We all get emails when there are replies to the threads we start. Isn’t there a benefit to participating?
Completely agree!
