hi! welcome to the most stressful forum ive ever participated in (not that im an avid forum user, to be honest…)

the end. have a great night.

How will I be able to sleep tonight?

Who needs sleep when you could study?

I can’t sleep/think/study knowing that I might find out tonight/tomorrow by email (im international)… :S

jbean- where are you from? I’m international too! I’m from China. I feel so nervous now!

@sujulove canada :)

i’m so stressed about this that i can’t do any work right now, which is bad because it’s my last week before winter break and i have about a million tests and projects due. so all i’ve been doing is wasting time online and listening to the spring awaking soundtrack…how’s everyone holding up?

@sayjay: Bad. I’m an English major (going to be… guaranteed). That wasn’t a full sentence. And yet, it stands. :(

sayjay- really not good-- all I can think about is numbers and statistics.
Uggh. It’s 11:14, and I have this huge biology test on Wednesday, along with everything else.
Listening to holiday music. Haha. I’m giving my friends holiday CD mixes this year.
I’ve actually never heard/watched Spring Awakening even though everyone says its a good musical…
What are you doing? Hang in there, two more days, basically.

smartundecided- That made me laugh. also, your name is so ironic, then.

Yeap, I’m gonna fail my calc test.

@ethereality4 I have a calc test tomorrow too hahaha

spring awakening is fantastic! very angsty, but in a good way in my opinion. it deals with some really intense issues. the music is the best part though, for sure.
this is one my favorites:
[YouTube - Spring Awakening - ■■■■■ of Living](Spring Awakening - ■■■■■ of Living - YouTube)

still. waiting.

I completely agree with sayjay. Spring Awakening is amazing! But my favorite song is definitely don’t do sadness/blue wind. I’m pretty sure SA is a bit depressing at a time like this. I’ve just been blasting la vie boheme… :)

naomiiii that’s the one that just came on…i like them all! i was thinking “***** of living” because i kind of feel like that right now haha. oooh rent is wonderful too. especially mark. i don’t know if i can handle listening to a musical about NY right now because i’m kind of trying to not think about it…and failing.

Ahh! Rent!
I saw that on Broadway. : )

sayjay- Oh, I really liked that, thanks! Okay, I know what I’m doing for the rest of the night to get me through biology.

I wish logging into the financial aid portal would tell me something. It says this on the main screen:
We hope that you will use this system to monitor receipt of your financial aid application forms, and to keep up with the status of your application.

I wish it really meant an online notification. sigh

how did you log on o_O

I just used my tracking number and created a pin. It’s also used for prospies and Barnard students so I don’t think it means anything.

Even though I know the admitted students site doesn’t work for our tracking numbers, I still try it. Wishfulthinking.

Aaah, I just made a financial aid account. I know it doesn’t mean anything to be able to logo onto the site but it sure feels good…

Oh, and when I made the account they say they still need a documentation of citizenship from me (under ‘forms’) - did you guys turn this in? Of course, I wasn’t born in the US (though I am a citizen at birth), so that probably makes my documentation of citizenship more important - guess I’ll mail that tomorrow and see.
