Global Management Program?

Hello, thanks for checking this message out!

I just found out about the global management program at Berkeley, which offers early admission to Haas and makes students travel to London. I know almost nothing else about this, and I was wondering if anyone could provide some tips such as acceptance rate, what they look for in applications, etc. Thanks!

I applied to this! But I haven’t really heard much about it either besides what I found online. Did you end up applying? Is there any extra information you know regarding acceptances/how many people applied/etc.?

It seemed like applicants are more interested in M.E.T. (engineering & business combo) than just business. I didn’t see many inquire information regarding the Global Management Program.

I’ve been trying to find more information about the program but there’s little because this is the first year they’re implementing it! It’s a spin-off of MET but focused on international business administration only. I just received an interview notification last Friday and have it this weekend!

@alwush123

Since you applied under College of Letters & Science - Social Sciences “Global Management Program (Haas School of Business),” do you know what will happen if you don’t get in? Do you get rejection outright, or will your application be considered for College of Letters & Science - Undeclared?

@alwush123

Wait that’s cool! Where do you live, or your stats? I haven’t received any notification yet so just wondering…

@StevenToCollege I’m pretty sure you are considered for L&S Social Sciences if you don’t get into GMP

@ajipop

Did you see the information from somewhere?
That will be great if it’s true.

It says it on the confirmation email they sent us after applying! @StevenToCollege

@ajipop

Thanks, that’s good to know.

@alwush123 Do you know if they are still conducting interviews?

@alwush123 Would you be able to share what they asked during the interview? Thanks.

@josh973s Yes, the GMP program is still conducting interviews.

My DD is in this program. Anyone else? not much information can be found about it.
