any suggestions for a good ap calc book?

Barrons are #1 for all AP Prep.

do you know if they have ap one for ap latin? i can't seem to find one at my local bookstore

I used Barron's.

Apparently, MOEMS is good, but I did not use it.

moems is all free response questions so i highly recommend using it. i pretty much used my textbook from school. it was great. i mean it had everything. from limits to diff eqns. but if you want a good review book i suggest the thompsom peterson book; it used to be published by arco under the master the ap test series and is a pretty thick book, chock full of good review sections and practice. i don't know what it's called now.

PR for calc AB & BC was good, esp. if ur a math kinda guy... i took the test and had no doubt that i got a 5... and i did.

Use the old FRs from past years that include scoring guides.

Can you guys compare/contrast the strengths and weaknesses of Barron's and PR?

Is it like SAT II Math, where Barron's is good if you have a solid fundamental understanding and are looking to perfect your score as much as possible and PR is good primarily for reviewing the basic stuff?

Barron's - everything that you would need to know for the test - self study option

PR - briefly reviews everything you need to know for the test - taken an AP class and need some extra review

"Barrons are #1 for all AP Prep."
I completely disagree for chemistry. Barron's was the worst review book possible as it has so much material that we most likely weren't going to see on the AP test. It looked bigger than my textbook. Princeton Review is better overall when it comes to AP guides, if you take the course. If not, barron's might be a good option.

theres a grammatix-style ap book too on their site.

In general for me, I hate Barrons. It wasn't very good for APUSH. I recommend REA books. The questions are harder and more specific, but it was a lot of help for the APs and SAT IIs.

real calc AP exams here:

Does Barron's have a bunch of excess information in its Calc book?

ARCO is the bomb. Seriously, read the reviews on Amazon. helped me get a 5.
