Siegel’s a really cool guy. He actually cares in the same way Iverson does. I bet you end up loving him.

Well he might be a cool guy, but I’m not really liking his stats of giving out A’s (A or A-'s).
16%ish compared to 30% of Iverson. :O

Haha Xcellerator, I WAS in Siegel’s class but now I’m in Colapret’s class. Idk what to do…

Taking OChem at 8am just seemed like a bad idea for me. But Siegel got better reviews than Colapret. and there’s those two classes where professors haven’t been assigned yet.

Also, does anyone know when they assign professors to classes usually? Ahh.

Lol. I think Siegel and Colapret are similar profs. But yeah, Ochem at 8am sounds like a bad idea for me too. I’m currently also on the waitlist for the 9am-10am unnamed prof as well as CH 318M with Iverson. Why did Bocknack have to go.

Now I’m just stalking the Ochem page to see if Iverson (310M) will open up lol.

@Xcellerator, how did you get to be on the waitlist for restricted classes?

Well I am an Engineering major (BME) so CH 318M wouldn’t be restricted for me. (:

Ahh, I want Iverson! Do you have anyyyy idea who’ll replace Bocknack? Choosing the class wiht the unnamed professor is nervewreckinggg.

Well, you’ll probably have a good chance if you can sign up for Iverson in 318M. I’m like 33/35 on the waitlist right now. No idea who will replace Bocknack. Hopefully maybe Iverson will pick up one of those classes? xD

I’m still towards the end of Neubauer’s waitlist (16 of 20) and have not moved down at all. What’s the chance that I’ll actually get in? I’m assuming that there won’t be that many people in each section, so moving down 16 spots is a lot. Looking at the course schedule, it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to take genetics this fall…

Probably good chances looking from last year’s Fall ‘09 course schedule. I’m on the end of Bierner’s (19/20) lol. But on Iverson for OChem, I’m still 33/35 and have not moved down at all! :’( I want Iverson soooo BADDD!!!

Are you sure about that? lol I’m looking at the course schedule from last fall and it doesn’t look any better even though it had more sections. Have you made any backup plans in case you don’t get into Bierner’s class?

I’m also on Iverson’s watlist but I’m way back in the 90’s of 100. It’s not looking good for that class either.

Well, I don’t seem to see Neubauer listed on any of the sections. Weird lol. If I don’t get into Bierner’s class, I’m either taking it from another prof (Finklea/Saxena most likely :/) or taking it in the Spring. I already have 17 hours w/o BIO 325, so I could do w/o it for a semester.

I’m currently 8/20 on the waitlist for Bierner and currently taking Saxena, but I’m not sure whether I have a good enough chance of getting into Bierner’s class. I need to know soon to decide which textbook to buy since they use different ones.

Thanks.

Most likely you will get into his class. But Saxena is not a good choice for bio 325.

Don’t take Finklea or Saxena.

I am 16/20 on the waitlist for Bierner. Do I have a chance?

It really depends. I knew a guy who was 90/99 for Iverson’s Ochem class and got in last minute.

Wth!? That waitlist is that long for Iverson?! Damnnn!

Yeah, everyone wants Iverson.

Actually, I have heard better stuff about Finklea than Saxena. But I know that both of their exams are hard.
