Good Biology/Computer Science Schools?

I'm applying to colleges this year, and I've been having trouble making a list. Mainly, I'm interested in both biology and computer science, but may change my interests after taking a few college classes in the two subjects.
I'm from North Carolina and want to stay on the East Coast, but am open to some Western schools. I prefer smaller schools, though I will consider anything below 10,000. I'm an above average student, but nothing about me stands out, so I probably don't have a shot at the very best colleges, like the Ivy's. I'd prefer private universities or LAC's. I have a 5.0 out of 5.0 weighted GPA, have taken two AP's (one 4, one 5), and am currently taking four AP's, along with college level classes. I'm a NMSF and only have some minor regional science (SciOly) and math awards. This month, I will be taking and retaking the SAT and ACT, and my current practice scores are, on average, 2250 and 33. I'm part of five clubs, head of two. I go to one of the best high schools in my state.
Tldr; I'd like some help coming up with colleges at my level that are good in both biology and computer science, are small/medium size, and are in the east. I'm going to apply to some reaches that I have absolutely no shot at, but would like help eliminating some, so that I don't waste too much time and money - MIT, Stanford, Brown, Duke, Swarthmore. I'm also considering Harvey Mudd, Berkeley, Emory, Rice, and Wesleyan. I have three safeties - UNC, ASU, and NCCU - already.

^It’s almost too bad you are so flexible because that makes it rough figuring out by what criteria to eliminate any of your reaches. I’m thinking MIT could be out of your league unless you happen to be a girl. You have shot at just about everywhere else
