I can’t say much about physics, but the test for math 2 was easier than those in Barron’s. Also, for the SAT I, I relied heavily on CB’s blue book.

Kaplan is pretty good for the SAT I. For any SAT IIs for which it’s available, I’d recommend Barron’s. It is harder than the real thing - I can tell you that firsthand - and any score earned on a Barron’s test generally signifies an actual score around 100 points higher.

While a variety of these test prep books are good, the best way to prepare for the SAT Subject Tests is really to try and use up all official materials such as the Official Guide to the SAT Subject Tests. While the techniques in the other books can be good, its important to practice on real materials too to get an accurate sense of your score and what you need to work on.
