It’s hard to say how much they’ll take into account all of your letters and extracurriculars because they can make a difference, but just looking at the numbers for last year, your GPA is the lowest 7% of freshman at Pitt main, your class rank is in the lowest 14%, and your SAT is probably right around the midpoint. I’d say do your best to get your GPA up as much as possible (and it is trending well) and try to improve your SAT to compensate the lower GPA/class rank. A 2020 SAT is the top quarter of Pitt freshman so that could be a goal to shoot for. Pitt superscores too so that should help. Hopefully you can improve on those things some and have a little less anxiety during the application process.

I think you have a good chance of getting in. I had the same GPA at the end of junior year and a few less extra curriculars as you and not as much community service. And my SATs were about the same, although i took it 3 times and my highest scores added up were a 2050, and I got in. And if all the people writing your letters like you as much as you say they do, that will definitely help.
And about spanish, the 3 years you took will already get you out of the language requirement if you get in and decide to go and you don’t necessarily need another year, but it will look good if you have it. plus spanish is just great, i took it all through high school.

Part of the acceptance decision is going to be determined by your major. Engineering, Nursing & Pharm students have higher stats than the average.
