Good colleges for math undergraduates

Hello!
I have a question for you guys
Are UCLA or UCB or CMU good for math undergraduate? I saw recent Putnam result and UCLA and CMU are in top 5 school.
Frankly say, I’m a community college student and I know I don’t have a chance to transfer Harvard or Princeton.
How can I transfer to these school? Also, I’m looking for lab volunteer position, but it is so hard to get the position. Do you have any advices for me? I don’t want to fail in transfering college

Your other thread indicates that you have a 4.0 GPA at a California community college, but you are an international student.

For the UCs, you can see what courses you need to complete to prepare for transfer at http://www.assist.org .

https://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/transfers-major can give you an idea of transfer admission selectivity at various UCs.
