good engineering colleges providing fin aid to internationals

<p>i m looking for colleges which have a great/reputed elec/comp major ..but they must offer fin-aid for internationals ..they need not be need-blind....but must offer some kind of aid in the forms of merit scholarships , loans etc </p>

<p>[ please exclude these colleges : MIT , Stanford , Caltech , Ivies , UIUC , Gatech ) </p>

GPA : 4
(consider other parts of my application like essays , ec's etc moderate )</p>
