I recently received my AP scores, and I am sad to say that I am very disappointed. I did not pass the Physics B exam which was not a surprise to me since it was a very difficult exam for me, but I am surprised that I did not pass the US History exam.
I got a 2 on US History, 3 on Calculus AB, and a 3 on English Language.
I have a very high A in both my APUSH and Calculus class and a B in my English class.
Will my scores affect my chances of getting into UCs and other private schools?

just don’t send your ap scores you dont have to

But isn’t it better to send your AP scores to show that you have taken the exam after taking the course for a year?

For almost all colleges the grade you got in the course(the one on your transcript) I’d more important then your AP score. I would look online at the websites of the colleges you’re interested in to see if they have any policies or suggestions regarding AP scores. If you reported your scores and you’re worried, it may be worth it to cancel.

Don’t send your AP score and colleges will never find out about it. Also, ask your counselor whether or not your school includes students’ AP scores on their transcripts. If your school does, persuade your counselor to remove your AP score from your transcript.

How about Uc’s? Does it seem bad not to send in scores?
