I need some advice on relatively good schools with good International Studies and Political Science programs, though I need to know what kind of schools are in my range.

I'm a high school junior

I have ridiculously low math and chemistry grades (Cs in academic math and Cs in honors chem)

I'm in the 88th percentile for my PSATs (Reading 68, Math 46, Writing 70 = 184)

My SAT scores aren't available yet but it's safe to say that I got between a 390 and a 570 like my PSATs said I would (pitiful, I know).

I have As in honors english and honors history

I've completed five years of German as a junior with As from German 1-4, and a B+ in German 5, which is weighted anyway. I won a scholarship to go to Germany for two and a half weeks last summer.

I've been on student council for all three years of high school and am running for school president for my senior year.

I've been a DECA (An Association of Marketing Students) State Officer for two years and I am currently beginning my third year as an officer as the PA DECA Vice President.

I'm on the Student Advisory Board to the Superintendent for my school district.

I'm interested in George Washington University (stretch x10, I assume), Washington College, and Penn State. I definitely want to be able to study abroad.
