Good looking professors tend to be better teachers

<a href="http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/hotProfs.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/hotProfs.html</a></p>

This is a list of the hottest professors as reviewed by their students. You will notice all but 1 of the hottest professors have positive reviews, by those same students.

I can only conclude that hottness is directly and undeniably correlated to lecturing and teaching skills.

i think...that when professors are hot...people generally pay more attention and have a greater desire to impress...thus end up getting more out of the class

I second Aspen D, I was that way last year with my history teacher.

um... no... i find people who can teach to be interesting. people who know are intresting. coincedentally these professors who can teach maybe be attactive. but people who go to college to learn dont pay attention to these minute details. but this is no large scale research and your statement is bold.

hm that might be true. I think if the professor is TOO good looking though, they can be insecure about their teaching methods because they're worried if the students are so engaged because of their teaching style or looks...does that make sense? Like, if a dumb blond was your chem professor...she'd feel she have to go out of her way to make sure she doesn't seem like a ditz and the class isn't a total cakewalk = harder class.
