Good videos to help study AP's?

So there are all these good prep books to study from, but are there good video series to watch for those self-studiers out there?

MIT Open courseware is definitely an option. I've heard Standard Deviants isn't bad either.

But other than those, instead of randomly searching for videos, do you guys know of any good videos to watch?

I usualyl watch friday night porn for AP Bio

[Academic Earth | Online Courses | Academic Video Lectures](http://academicearth.org/)

You can also search on iTunes U for a lot of the courses on that site (and more!).

For physics, I really like [The Mechanical Universe… and Beyond](http://www.learner.org/resources/series42.html). It may look a bit dated, but it is very useful for explanation of concepts.

Finally, you can find some of [The Teaching Company](<a href=“The Great Courses”>The Great Courses)'s video lecture series through torrents.

Standard Deviants isn’t free right?

I think MITOpencourseware is free tho…(for the high school course section–bio, calc, physics)

[Khan Academy](http://khanacademy.org/)
Like a 1000 videos ranging from economics to biology to physics to chemistry to SAT prep to like every mathematical topic imaginable.

You’re welcome.

Oh my god, he has history now too.

That Khan guy’s video are brilliant. He helped me study for the AP Bio test.

[HippoCampus - Homework and Study Help - Free help with your algebra, biology, environmental science, American government, US history, physics and religion homework](http://www.hippocampus.org/)

Thanks!

Yeah, Standard Deviants costs money. But you could find torrents on them or if you’re lucky, your library might have it. [Welcome to Discovery Education](http://www.discoveryeducation.com/) also has it if you happen to have an account.

FYI, Standard Deviants might be more entertaining than the average educational video, but it goes pretty fast, so keep your cursor on the pause button.

is there any websites for world history or macro and micro economics?

Damn, got beat to Khan Academy. I highly recommend it - I looked it up on Youtube when I was having some trouble with Calc and he really helps explain the concepts. Breaks it all down and makes teaching look easy.

Try [Universities Offering Free Online Education](<a href=“Viral news today”>Viral news today)

Haha, also got beat to Khan Academy. Guess it is quite popular. Specifically for biology, I recommend you look up someone on youtube called ‘bozeman’.
