I didn’t get an email update , my last one was feb 20th. cries softly
Still have no response, should i be worry
they send out emails every 2 weeks + 1 day
so if your last email was on 2/20 (Tuesday) your next one should be 3/4 (Wednesday) but they might be getting to the tail end of things so there is a larger gap
it also seems like they might be sending emails according to when you sent in your application? I sent mine in at the last moment to make sure everything was right, and mine is always later than everyone else’s - the last email I got was 2/26
I tried emailing the general bebold email too, and they said it would take 3-5 days but its been over a week so im not really holding any hope for them to respond - I’d assume that getting decisions back is more important than responding at this point
anyone else got a response yet?
I received an email on 1/27 and my last email was a few days ago (almost two months without no response lol) stating that they are still reviewing applications. There’s still hope for us lol
Just got another hold on tight right now
Yes i just got another email! my last one had been 2/20.
I got another google team email as well, gosh , does this mean we still have a chance ? It’s so late in the game, haven’t heard anyone that got an interview this late tho
Yeah I find it so odd that everyone on this thread hasn’t posted anything about an interview. One of us is bound to get something.
I just finished my interview today so they are still giving out interviews
How did it go!? what position were you interviewed for?
Also how long did you have to wait between getting notified of moving forward and the interview? I have a competing offer I need to decide soon so knowing this would help!
I think it went ok but I was supposed to interview for Data Analyst on Youtube in San Bruno but I have to stay in Michigan this summer so they switched my interview to global customer care BOLD intern in Ann Arbor
@WorldExplorer I took a week from telling me I got the interview to actually setting it up.
Would anyone who has gotten an interview or acceptance mind briefly describing what their work history looks like? I don’t want to see a full on resume or know details, more like intern experience, etc.
@RawrJar Last summer I worked at Microsoft and the previous summer at Toyota, I am studying Mechanical Engineering
Thank you! Those are big companies. It’s cool that Google was willing to change up the plan and be flexible with you!
has anyone here applied for a non-STEM one? I applied for the legal dept
Almost all of us should be non-stem, I think that the name BOLD itself is only used for the non-stem internship. I did marketing, sales, and people
Has anyone heard back about the latest we would hear by? I had assumed mid-April since interviews are on a rolling basis through April and 2 interviews should be scheduled over the course of 2 weeks, but maybe they meant you could hear back as late as the last day of April?
