Does anyone enrolled at CMU have any cool stories to share? Thanks

Story I loved telling visitors during my tours:
One of my ECE professors would purposely put a very subtle mistake in one of his lecture slides and during lecture if someone would spot it and fix it, the professor would take that person out to Friday lunch. :)

I heard from one of my CS friends who was taking the (in)famous 15-251 course at CMU that the professor started each lecture with some question/problem and told the class: “If any of you can solve/prove this, you will receive an automatic A in this class. Oh, and while you’re at it, please apply for a Nobel Prize…”

There is/was also the professor who hosted a webpage with answers to some of his more eclectic homework assignments and would parse CMU IPs/network addresses out of the web logs so that he could flag students for cheating (since using web resources for the homework was disallowed)
