GPA importance?

Currently I am a junior and attend the University of Pittsburgh. I have a less then stellar GPA. Mostly due to 1.5 years of working at Pre-Med. My question is how important is my GPA compared to everything else(LSATS/recommendations/etc). I'm hoping with a GPA at least over 3.2. But I'm hoping that my LSATs among other things will be enough to get me into where I want. I'm hoping for Villanova Law but obviously thats a stretch with a 3.0 GPA. What does everyone think/know?

I also apologize if this question has been answered over 20 times.

lawschoolpredictor.com says upper 160’s on your LSAT will get you a strong consider at Villanova. Why Villanova? Just curious.

Another GPA question: does a lower GPA at a more difficult school get weighed differently than a higher GPA at an easier school?

No, it does not
