Gpa is a 90.13 :(

I am applying to highly selective colleges (UPenn, Cornell, UMich, Duke etc.)
I have everything in check including ACT, Recs, essays etc. BUT the only thing holding me back is my gpa.
The following is my highschool workload, even though my gpa is low, will colleges forgive my gpa with the workload i have?

Spanish year 1: 85

9th Grade:
English year 1 (H = Honors) **: 90
**Global History year 1 H
: 90
Geometry H: 90

Sciences: (I had the same teacher for both of the classes listed below, she didn't like me, I didn't like her :/)
Living Environment H: 80
b Science Research H (The class affiliated with the best program my school offers; also ranked high in all city schools)*: 85
Business Enterprise R: 93
AP Art History: 90

Don’t worry colleges don’t put that much emphasis on grades, Its what courses you took that counts. But extra curricular activities is critical.

“Don’t worry colleges don’t put that much emphasis on grades”

LOL.

what are soem great extracirriculars that i can possibly ******** on my resume? lol

If you are honestly planning on making ECs up…

More ‘proper’ for you?

^ That was highly uncalled for.

Your GPA won’t be as frowned upon if you have a high/respectable class rank…

If you come from an established Ivy feeder school or are in the top 2% (to use a small number) of your class then it will be clear to those top schools how challenging your school is. If that’s not the case, you should have done better in school.

OH well sucks for you. You’re not going to any top 20 school and making up ECs won’t save your sorry ass.

If your school doesn’t offer many APs I understand, but if I may be honest your courseload doesnt appear particularly rigorous, at least not enough to make up for lower grades. Why’s your gpa/ rank?
