<p>Do Georgia Tech grads go to prestigious grad schools like MIT/Stanford?</p>
<p>As far as I’ve heard, if they decide to go to grad school, the top 3 places they go are GTech again, Stanford, or MIT. But I’d also like to learn more about this.</p>
<p>Some Georgia Tech grads do, exactly like any other first-tier, top 100 universities… Other GT grads get jobs and never go to grad school. </p>
<p>Not really sure what the question is here. If you apply to MIT/Stanford grad school as a GT grad, congrats you are in a pile with thousands of other applications with people from similar schools. You dont go to the bottom or top of the list because of what undergrad school you went to. GT is definitely good enough to get you in, but (just like with any other university) you will need a ridiculously good GPA, GRE, letter of recs, and strong research experience…</p>
