Grad school

I have a question regarding Grad school. If a student attends and graduates from the UA as an OOS student, would the student always continue to be considered OOS for UAB?

Always? No. The student could work in Alabama for a year, establish residency, etc.

And, maybe there is a way to establish residency during senior year???

Is this for graduate nursing?

Yes, she is certain she will be pursuing an advanced degree of some sort. Right now she thinks she may enjoy working in a pediatric setting as a nurse anesthetist. We have 2 more coming right behind her who love the UA also. We feel pretty sure the younger one will pursue medical school.

idk if it is the same in alabama or not, but usually CRNA school requires the rn to have worked for a year or two in a critical care setting. if she did this in alabama, then that would take care of the residency issue.

where did you say you are from?
