<p>I was accepted at Brown and Columbia and eventually want to go to b-school. Keeping that in mind, how is the grading policy at Brown. Is there rampant grade inflation like Harvard or is it very tough? Thanks</p>
<p>It's not supposed to be as bad as Harvard. No plusses or minuses either (I think), so that gives a broader range, and I bet profs are less likely to raise a B to an A, than a B- to a B or similar.</p>
<p>either way, the grad schools you apply to will probably be very familiar with the grading policies at both of these schools.</p>
