<p>Yes, I had a lower SAT than a 2270. However, I had a top grades and a spectacular EC.</p>

<p>Right now the writing portion isn't looked upon... so I don't see why we even talk about it...</p>
<p>It may be used next year, but in any case here was my break down</p>
<p>Writing - 680 (10 or 12 on the essay, can't remember)
Math - 690
Verbal - 710</p>
