Graduate School Admission

I attend UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business. I am a junior transfer student and I have completed one semester so far. I have taken 13 semester units and have a 3.00 GPA. I am a little worried because Haas is very difficult and I am only here for another year.

Can I get into a top graduate law school with my current gpa given that Haas is a very prestigious undergrad business school?

The prestige of a school means very little in law school admissions. The most important factors are your undergraduate GPA and your LSAT score. There is not enough information from your post to guess your chance to get into a top law school.
