<p>Why would you want to buy a house? Work for a couple of years, see how your life is shaping, save some money for downpayment.</p>

Probably not the best place for the question. </p>
<p>But in this economy I’d save at least an eight month emergency fund first, and some sort of down payment. You had good luck so far, but never know what can happen.</p>
<p>I’d also fully fund any retirement.</p>
